I leave in 16 days, and am of course totally unprepared. As if someone could be well prepared for this. Packing list is more or less done, but packing has not begun. Christmas is in the way, and all this socialization! I'm nervous, worried, excited, happy, sad, terrified, anxious, waiting impatiently, and so on. I can't buy much else before the holidays are over as I don't know what I'm getting from my need-to-buy list.
The excitement is building.
